I am very happy with Bounce! Brenda is so friendly and helpful. I love talking to her on the phone, she is just the sweetest. Both times I have rented product Joe has delivered and set up and he has been fantastic. The whole team is friendly, reliable, knowledgable, and most importantly they are all safe (in COVID terms and making sure everything is done safely!). Right from the first inquiry about the rental of a Dunk Tank, receiving the quote and the availability, the customer service over the phone was professional and friendly. Both the delivery and the take-down of the Dunk Tank at our 30th Anniversary Client party, was executed in an informative and professional manner. This is our second (or third) season using Adventure Mania Inflatables for our year end event. The players and their families are so excited to see the kids having such a great time. We were thrown a curveball this season when our Town officials asked for a copy of the insurance certificate with the Town added to the policy...it was not a concern at all. We received an electronic version within an hour and was able to send it on to the Recreation Department for Event Approval. So easy to work with. Thank you so much.

What a perfect day! As a busy mom I was stressing out last minute trying to book something COVID friendly for my sons birthday. He's only three but that kid has more energy than a birthday party of 10 kids all on his own so a bouncy castle was amazing! The customer service was incredible as I tried to find the best fit for our yard and the selection was so impressive. The castle itself was perfect! It was the best day ever - the set up was easy and exciting and the tear down was incredibly fast. It made him so happy and he asked for another one for the next day (nice try kiddo). Thank you for making my sons birthday so special in such a weird time!

Truly appreciate the customer service provided by the agent who answered the telephone. As a small not for profit with very limited funds, we were reluctant (financially) to order a generator. While we had secured a loan from a member's family, just days before the event we discovered it was not powerful enough. Speaking with your representative, we really were struggling as an organization to afford the extra expense. She really kindly suggested Home Depot. Home Depot was able to offer us use of a generator for free. This meant so much to our group. Thanks to this wonderful act of kindness and generosity, we will absolutely be booking with you again next year - our third year running - because not only it the Bouncy Castle a hit, I appreciate a company that understands and supports community efforts. Everything was delivered promptly on date indicated. And we were so glad that the train could be delivered the day before our event rather than the day of since it allowed us to do a million other things. Staff replied back to emails very fast and we're extremely helpful and friendly via email and over the phone.

Overall very good mini castle, the kids loved it and we were so glad that it was able to fit in our basement. The bouncy castle was in good condition and came with all the required equipment. (balls, sandbags). Easy pick up in Milton with no issues.

Anazing We had repicked items to go inside 3 spots in our school when weather didn’t cooperate, even though we measured, we were way off and some of the back up items we chose wouldn’t fit where we planned. The guys that brought our load were absolutely amazing going above and beyond to fit what they could and even sorted out other items from their trucks to substitute what didn’t... amazing hard workers and always thoughtful! We had a little issue with the location, which was not the fault of Bounce Events, but the crew was nice enough to stay and wait until the issue was resolved. Brenda really saved my event! I had cancelled last minute with another company due to possible rain and I was not able to re-book with them. I found Bounce Events and Party Rentals on google and I called Brenda right away. She is so professional and also really welcoming. She was able to call me back after setting up with another customer and I was able to have her set up for me super quick. All of this was done within less than 1 hour! I was so shocked that this is all able so quickly and it was super convenient. She came to my house and set up everything quickly and made sure the castle was sanitized. I would definitely call her back for any future events! Brenda and her partner are super sweet and great overall! So happy to come across their company!

I have rented from your company several times for birthday parties. There has never been any issues with delivery or pick up. The only issue I have is the final cost. It ends up being very expensive. The initial price is 184.00 + insurance + delivery + tax bringing the total to 374.00 which is quite a difference from the price shown on your website.
